A serene evening. 🌊 My complete East Coast Trail thru-hiking guide is finally live! Who’s hiking this weekend?? ☀️ I was supposed to be backpacking the Northover Traverse this weekend — but (thanks to eye surgery…) Prairie Mountain will have to do. Waterfalls and wild coastline — the East Coast Trail just kept delivering 🙌 2.5 hours, one snack break, and I’m calling it… this is one of the best bang-for-your-buck hikes in Kananaskis. Tell me I’m wrong 👀 A few shots from Mt Nelson near Invermere, BC — loved exploring a bit of the Kootenays last weekend. I only hiked a portion of the mountain; maybe someday I’ll go back for the rest? What a place! Exploring someplace new to me. I almost didn’t go to Kananaskis yesterday (⛈️) … but I’m glad I did. It felt good to be back!
